Patients pay directly for services at the time of service and as a reoccuring montly membership. By staying “Out-of-Network,” we can keep our prices low and offer the best treatments for you. Some patients use their HSA/FSA accounts for services, but coverage is not guaranteed. We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance carrier upon request.
